JupiterResearch confirms that Apple Leopard delay rumors are wrong
Earlier this week we read rumors on the web that Apple is going to delay the launch of their upcoming Leopard operating system due to Vista compatibility issues.
Apple would be delivering their Leopard operating system with the Apple Boot Camp utility which enables the user to dual boot the Mac device with a Windows operating system.
The application is currently compatible with the Windows XP system. Microsoft launched their Vista operating system earlier this year and Apple wants to make sure that the Boot Camp shipping with Leopard has no hassles with Vista OS.
However, the rumors are apparently wrong as JupiterResearch analyst Michael Gartenberg has said in a blog post that they have confirmed information from Apple that the upcoming Leopard OS is not going to be delayed. They still plan to ship the new OS in this spring as they previously announced.
