SAP planning to offer regular Business One updates
SAP has said in a statement that they are now planning to deliver regular enhancements to its software for small businesses.
The company said that it would issue frequent updates to its Business One product. These updates would be released through “enhancement packages.”
These packages would include maintenance updates, new features, and best-practice tools for their customers.
SAP spokeswoman Astrid Pölchen spoke on this new development: “We will continue to deliver a new release every year but we don’t want to wait a year to deliver new functions but provide them instead every couple of months.”
Interestingly, SAP has been providing similar tools and updates for their larger customers running its core ERP (enterprise resource planning) product, mySAP ERP.
