Windows Mobile 6 to come loaded with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Microsoft has revealed some details on their upcoming Windows Mobile 6 operating system for mobile devices. The company has said that they would be shipping this product with mobile versions of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
This makes it a must have upgrade for business executives who want the flexibility of working on documents and other files on the move.
Market analysts believe that this feature also makes a lot of sense especially for synchronizing with desktop files.
However, a company representative added that they might consider offering an alternative to customers who really needs the updated OS version without Office applications built in.
This update would also include the Microsoft’s Direct Push Technology with automatic synchronization of Outlook calendars, tasks, and contacts using Exchange Server.
Market analysts believe that devices preloaded with this updated Windows Mobile OS would ship worldwide in the second quarter of the current year.
