Apple Computer releases firmware updates for Mac computers
Apple Computer has released updates for their Mac mini, iMac, MacBook, and MacBook Pro products. This latest firmware release fixes several issues in Boot Camp and in the start-up and wake-from-sleep processes.
Apple Boot Camp application enables the Intel processor powered Mac computers to dual boot between Mac OS X and Windows XP operating system.
These latest update is available from the company’s website and users can also use the internet update application to get these patches.
The company did not elaborate much on the changes made by this new firmware. Apple in addition also updated its Firmware Restoration CD, which is useful in case a firmware update was interrupted or failed.
