Windows Live services coming to Indian web users
World’s largest software company Microsoft has said that they would soon be providing Internet search services to Indian mobile phone users.
This was notified by the company after Chief Executive Steve Ballmer met with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to discuss Microsoft’s future plans in India.
Ballmer said in a statement to the media about his talks with the Indian government officials: “We had a good chat on the need for additional innovation that will really help drive PC growth and PC penetration.”
The company has also announced their plans to provide mobile search and other Windows Live services to customers of Hutchison Essar in India.
