Apple Computer releases Boot Camp 1.1.2 beta
iPod maker Apple Computer has released yet another update to their beta of the application Boot Camp. The latest version now is Boot Camp 1.1.2 beta.
What is Apple Boot Camp?
Boot Camp is a software assistant made available by Apple Computer that assists users in installing Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 (both Home and Professional Editions) on Intel-based Macintosh computers. Boot Camp guides users through non-destructive re-partitioning (including resizing of existing partitions, if necessary) of their hard drives and creating a CD image with device drivers for Windows XP. In addition to device drivers for the hardware, the CD includes a Windows control panel for setting the primary operating system.
