Opera Browser’s market share is around 0.64% as per Net Applications
Opera users might be a minority on the web but they are highly loyal users of the company. As per latest statistics released by statistical company Net Applications, Opera now has a market share of just around 0.64% on the web.
Mozilla Firefox continues to gain on Internet Explorer as it increases its market share by around half a percent.
Firefox now has around 11.8 percent of the global browser market share. Internet Explorer’s share is down to around 83%.
Apple Safari was another web browser gaining on the web with a market share of 3.21%. Both Mozilla and Microsoft are due to launch newer versions of their web browsers in the coming months. We would get Firefox 2 and Internet Explorer 7 sometime later this year. Opera has already come out with Opera 9.

Well… it depends. Opera’s usage is over 7% in Poland.

I don’t understand how Opera has such little market share, when it really is the best Internet Browser about. If you haven’t tried Opera, then go download it and give it a go for 2 weeks – I guarantee you wont be disappointed.
