Adobe announces Adobe Captivate 2
Software giants Adobe have announced the launch of their Adobe Captivate 2 suite. The application package features an upgraded version of its Flash-based software, which is used by designers to develop computer-based demonstrations and interactive simulations.
This software application suite is targeted at e-learning professionals, trainers, and others who provide computer-based instruction. Adobe claims that Captivate 2 generates interactive content in Flash and users do not need any advance programming knowledge or multimedia skills.
Captivate presentations can directly import flash files and videos making it easier for the users to add existing components available online and on their machines.
In addition, it can also be used in collaboration with other tools including Macromedia Breeze, Macromedia Authorware, and Questionmark Perception.
