Intel to release an updated patch for its Centrino platform
This month seems to be a troublesome month for the computer users around the world. We already have heard about the re-releases of patches by Microsoft and the developers of the Ubuntu Linux Distro.
The latest news is that Intel also is due to re-issue patches this month. The company would be updating a critical security patch for its Centrino platform.
The earlier released patch had a glitch, which resulted in memory hogging on the computer. However, Intel powered Apple computers are safe from this problem.
The original patch was to fix problems with some versions of the Pro/Wireless Network Connection drivers as well as the Proset software.
