Oracle launches PeopleSoft CRM 9.0

Database software market giants Oracle have announced the availability of the next iteration of its PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM application.

Oracle has launch PeopleSoft CRM 9.0 after they recently outlined its plans for the software early last month.

This is the first major update to this application suite since Oracle acquired the developers of this software suite.

This update bring tighter links to Oracle’s next-generation Fusion middleware, which is based on a services-oriented architecture (SOA), and modifications aimed at the financial services and communications industries.

It also now supports 19 new Web services that allow for better integration with third-party software and other features such as the ability to convert a Web page directly into a service.
