Twitter starts rolling out image sharing platform to regular users
Twitter has confirmed that they have started rolling out their own image sharing platform powered by Photobucket to general users.
The first batch selected for this release can now share images through the Twitter web platform.

The images are hosted at pic.twitter.com domain though the backend is provided by Photobucket.
This functionality was announced recently and was only available to company representatives.
It remains to be seen how long Twitter takes to make it available throughout their network and how soon it is accessible through third party Twitter clients.
