Windows Live Mail Desktop Beta: Another Microsoft Live application
Microsoft has revealed a new application for the Live range of services. This latest application is named Windows Liveâ„¢ Mail Desktop Beta.
The company mentions about this product on its website:
What it is
A program that lets you get e-mail from multiple accounts in one place.
Microsoft adds that this application would let the user get speedy access to multiple e-mail accounts in one place. They would support competing emailing services including AOL Mail and Google’s Gmail.
It claims to provide the power of desktop software with the flexibility of Web-based e-mail. It would also have support for newsgroups and RSS feeds. People would be able to create, delete and organize mails even when they are offline. This is pretty awesome, as it would give the people to manage their webmail accounts offline.
MSN Messenger program is also integrated in this client. Overall a nice Live application to look forward to. We were unable to find a registration link but we have enrolled ourselves to be added to the beta program.
