Google allowing Google Pages users to place AdSense on their pages
Google did an impressive work with their Google Pages project. Not only does it make it easier for the user to make simple web pages for themselves, they also showed the pages without any advertisement.
This model is totally unlike most other free web hosting companies, which places popup ads and other form of online advertisement on user pages.
Google has now gone one-step further and are now allowing the users of Google Pages service to place their own AdSense code on their pages. This information was delivered to the Google Pages users through an email announcement.
While, this gives the people to make a little money through their online web pages, but it could also result into making Google Pages a haven for online scammers. Google Blogger service is already criticized for the number of spam blogs hosted on them. Google might now need to add a ‘Flag this page’ button to the sites created on Google Pages.
