Trunk.ly is a good alternative to Sentimnt
Sentimnt shut down their consumer service a while ago. We now have a good alternative in the form of Trunk.ly.
Trunk.ly is pretty similar in nature. You connect your social profiles like Twitter and Facebook.

Twitter
RSS Feeds
Delicious
PinBoard
It would fetch links shared on these networks and make them searchable.
It also indexes the content on the links shared similar to Sentimnt. We have just begun using it and we like what we see!
