Apple updates Mac OS X to Mac OS X 10.4.7
Apple Computer has released another security update for their operating system Mac OS X. the latest update is now in version Mac OS X 10.4.7.
This update fixes four security vulnerabilities. The flaws lied in various components of Mac OS X though there is no known exploit for these problems in the software.
Apple said in a statement that this update fixes a total of five flaws. One of the issues related to ClamAV affected only the server release of the operating system.
Apart from security fixes, this update also delivers some improvements and repairs a few issues related to Mail, Finder and iChat applications.
Apple is now due to showcase its upcoming operating system release codenamed leopard at the upcoming developer meeting in August.
